I was very impressed with a certain young associate named: Dashuana Harvey. I told her of the type of shoe that I needed and she pointed directly to a pair a very dark green Nike Air running shoes. I will use them largely for a certain Flintlock/Blackpowder shooting and running event next week in Friendship, Indiana. My old and arthritic knees need all the help that they can get. Well done Dashuana Harvey. Give her a raise in pay please.

I was in a Roosevelt field mall went to to other stores before I walk into footlocker. It was a Sunday and it was very busy but the associate John A Did something the other 3 stores did not I was at dicks finish line and another store I don’t even want to remembet. I was looking Nike fly net 3.0 He told me those were old and showed me the 5.0 so I wanted the 3 point o’s because they had no laces. I didn’t want to go online and order them I wanted them right away for a trip I was going on. He made a brilliant suggestion to take the laces out and they would fit snug I did what he said and I left with the pair an amazing sales associate And definitely thinks outside the Box. The other 3 stores were a joke is deathly an asset to Foot Locker and should be promoted

I was shopping at one of you all stores in the overland plaza today And a young man by the name Jerome was very respectful helpful cheerful fun and Outstanding. He made my shoppoing experience Wonderful he went above and beyond to help me find things that I needed that wasnt in the store. He also help me match things together with some shoes that I recently bought from another store and I just wanted to simply give him A compliment and let him know how phenomenal he was today and how he made my day I was truly truly grateful And honored to have him help me I left the store a happy customer I will be returning. His Friendliness and smile can change a PERSON DAY from bad to GREAT very Professional young man.
I received a receipt by email from a local store – problem was I was never in a footlocker store. I called the store number on the receipt – no answer – waited 2 days called again multiple days – no answer. Called customer service – received inane answers to my concerns. Tried to use customer service chat on-line – did not work. tried email link on their customer service site – did not work. My concerns are that someone may have used on of my cards fraudulently – reps I eventually connected with could not have cared less. I went to escalate the issue so that perhaps their abysmal customer service might get some attention. Needless to say, even though I was never at footlocker, I won’t be back
