I received great service at Walmart’s grocery department & the “new” cashier was doing a great job at helping an older man (whom is a Walmart employee)with his discount card & the computer not wanting to work properly. She was fantastic even though it took well over 5 minutes. The major problem with the Austin, MN Walmart is it has like 15 spots for cashiers BUT they only have 2 or three cashiers working so, there is always a long wait then when there is an issue with something it’s even longer.

    3. Overall, good. However a lot of times, the shelves are not replenished as needed and the store loose a sale to other food stores. a case in point, my neighborhood Walmart empty shelve of sugar free/caffeine free Sam’s cola, contrary to more expensive brands. Also when available, the 2 liter bottles will be placed on the higher shelves which are hard to reach for a normal height lady. I have many more items to cite which meet the same criteria. I do realize that it can happen from time to time but I never have this problem when I go to Publix.

    4. Lots of help from employees, then again not enough employees ,shelf’s empty most of time even though they have product in back that hasn’t been put on shelves do to lack of help. This is huge issue with me I finally decided to fill out to enter sweepstakes Ha, Ha could get the app. To take the id# or store number so I gave up …..not a good thing.

    6. I’m always impressed with this lady, Paulett, cashier at Walmart. She always looks so neat, fresh and pleasant to visit with. She has a smile and is very engaging. Paulett represents Walmart well. She is definitely one of your best assets. I find shopping at Walmart is usually always a pleasant experience and it saves me money. That’s the bottom line for all of us, right??!! Keep up the great job!

I was in your Walmart in Antioch and could not find “Vinalla Bean Paste.” A young lady named “Gate” looked for me in the spice dept. and then took me to the other end of the store to the cake decoration dept. and it was not there. She recommended to go to an other store. I think this is terrific customer service and she deserves a bonus for going the exstra mile. Thank You Gale. I hope the store appreciates your efforts.
