  6. I have to write to tell you what wonderful customer service I get when I shop in your E Brunswick Store . The women in the Children Department are simply wonderful..I shop there because I love the store and I live on Staten Island but go to New Jersey. Usually I look for Susan Stillman, in the children’s department she was out to lunch and another woman there, Gigi, waited on me and she too was a delight. Being a former retail clerk myself, I know what it is to deal with the public. these people are wonderful…and I also need to tell you about one of you store managers Faiz Uddin.. i had a problem with a purchase I made which the discount did not come off. I called this nuber 972-431-1000 and spoke with a gentlemen, I think his name was Michael, and he game me a line of B.S. saying he was going to rectify the problem within 5 days and that never when i called back on October 19, I got a very nice woman and she immediately emailed Faiz Uddin and explained the situation. She told me he would probably get back to me within 72 hours. To my surprise he contacted me within the hour and very quickly took care of my problem . Not only was he a very very pleasant man he apologize for any issues. I have to say that I love to shop in this store. I would like for you to recognize all these people that I have mentioned because without their kindness and helpfulness I would shop somewhere else. You should be very happy with the people that work for you. Please acknowledge them for me. thank you very much and keep up the good work with the good people you have…

  21. Very disappointed made a order online for just a t shirt. On November 20th 2019 my expected delivery date was the 27th after not receiving it I go to track it. It then says no order was made with my tracking number so I email J.C. Penney customer service they say I quote, “ Ship to store order usually takes four to seven business days. However, sometimes the ship to store orders might take up to 10 business days from the order placed date.The Order is “in progress” status and will be ready for pickup shortly, since ship to store orders do not have a tracking number, we request you to kindly wait for further notifications and then reach to the store.” Now today I go into the store December 4th 2019 because it was a pickup order and they say my order wasn’t even received??? As I’m waiting a associate named Ashley was the only person who really seemed to want to help she called a 800 number for me. Then another girl comes don’t know the name she didn’t have a name tag very rude n said they can’t find anything in the back and that I have to wait to speak to a manager because she is on lunch I then tell her if i could speak to another manager she said well u could just wait when the other manager gets off lunch. Then Emily another manager came and found my item from the back worst experience I have ever had! Never doing J.C. Penney ordering again!!! Especially pick up! I will next time order from somewhere else and pay more so that I know I will get good customer service n my item on time!
