Did you know Ulta changed its name in January of 2017?
They used to be called Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc.
In January of 2017 they opted to shorten the name and make it a little catchier. I doubt you ever knew or said their old full name, but you probably have heard their new name.
Their new name is Ulta Beauty. Short and sweet. Easy and catchy. I think they made a good choice to change and shorten their old long name.
Ulta likes to give back and has raised over $22 million since 2009 to help organizations that improve women’s lives including the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Another fun fact is the majority of Ulta’s customers own over 11 lipsticks.
They target the true beauty enthusiasts who go all in and aren’t afraid to try new things.
One more fun Ulta fact. Did you know Ulta stores have beauty salons inside of them? This means you can schedule a wax, blowout or other beauty needs and then shop for makeup afterward.

How To Take The Ulta Survey
You can enter the drawing to win both with and without a purchase, but you are limited to one entry per month regardless of entry method, online or mail-in.
How to Enter with a Purchase
If you have made a purchase from an Ulta and have a valid receipt, you may take the survey and enter to win online:
- Make a purchase at an Ulta and save your receipt
- Go online to http://survey.ulta.com and fill out the survey questions using your receipt to help
- Once you have filled out the survey you are entered for a chance to win
How to Enter without a Purchase
If you have not made a purchase at an Ulta, you can still enter.
- Mail a 3″ x 5″ card with your full name, address, and phone number in an envelope no larger than 4 1/8″ x 9 1/2″ to:

The mail in must happen during a specific Monthly Entry Period. See rules in link below for entry periods.
Mail-in Entries need to be postmarked during the Monthly Entry Period, and have to be received no more than 5 business days after the applicable Monthly Period End Date to be eligible as entries.

- You can enter with or without a purchase
- You are limited to one entry per month (AKA survey time period)
- You must be a resident of one of the US fifty states or the District of Columbia to enter
- You must be 18 or over at the time of entry to enter
