        1. I tried the survey 3x but after when I chose the weight loss product, it just brought up a blank screen! I tried another time with skin care but it still doesn’t work! It is not a problem on my end as it does accept the completed surveys but when it comes to delivering the gift for doing the survey it doesn’t work anymore. I hope this isn’t a ploy to have your survey done for free. I would have done it for free because I love Walmart, but since you offered a reward for doing it, then I want you to stand by your words!     1. sale price not marked on product, lack of staff in depts, shelves may be empty and staff doest know if recd or sitting on skids which are in aisles, cannot make appointments for oil change, plus closed from 12_1.

      improvements c0uld be made, overall wallmart is a great place to shop.

    4. I shop Walmart in Kapuskasing Ontario, wish we had more grocery items. I love the pharmacy, prescriptions are way less expensive than many places. The staff throughout the store is very helpful, and friendly. My only complaint is “the handicap machine to help us circulate in the store is situated far from the doors” which makes it hard to reach, when i need it I have to get help from your employees all the time.

    5. Walmart is the best place to shop. The staff in Kenaston winnipeg location is very helpful ; especially self check out Darlene is a great help.

      1. We have trouble finding someone to help us in the computer accessory area. There are always 2 people in the
        cellphone area nearby, but they will not help us in the computer area.
        Also, I have noticed in the quick pay areas – especially on seniors pay days – there are very few cashiers and
        common sense would tell you to put a couple extra to get the line up down.
        Otherwise, we are very please with Wal Mart.

    17. Yesterday, at 15:45, there were 2 check-outs open whereas there normally should be 6. I had to wait a long time. When asking why I was told that WalMart wishes to force people to use the self-check-out. What? I am disgusted with this attitude and I will try to avoid WalMart in the future; there is plenty of competition.

    22. I went to the Marlbrough mall Walmart in the N.E of Calgary A.B It is not a Walmart that I prefer going to since i was already in the area had to pick up if, possible some suit dress shirts. There was a staff member that blew me off my feet with her kindness and out of this world customer service that i had not come accustom to she was really amazing employee. That experience help to change a bit of my negative feelings and thought about shopping at a Walmart store. She not only took time out of her busy time puttting area clothing items but cater not only to my needs simultanuously but to another man whom was looking for dress shorts and she found them for him and found me three very professional dress shirts and was honest about her comments of other dress shirts verse the normally saying every dress shirt i tried on looks good on me. She demonstrated integrity, and a sound mind and character.. Whatever you are paying this wonderfully bless lady in my personal opinion its not enough she definitely deserves my recognition, and a little bit more on her wages. I normally do not recognize anyone normally this is not my thing to do but i felt compelled in my heart to say something about her.. Walmart have a blessed employee in your mist please take care of her gently. Her name is RABIA, God Bless..Mr. Alexander

Can’t take the survey or check language, this is like your Bathurst, NB store never more than two registers open and today, 3-28-2019, the quick check out lanes all closed so forced into the check yourself out. The machines were maxed out, employee running from one to the other. If I have to work at your store to get my purchases then I would like a paycheck or a 5% discount on my total.

    25. your survey isn’t working. Today I was at the Royal Oak Walmart Superstore. It was ridiculous that they only had the express lanes open which were 3 then done to 2. The other registers were NOT open and I was standing in line for about 15 minutes if not more. Poor, poor management. Its the end of the month, as there seniors, welfare recipents and regular working folks doing their shopping. Please, open all tills on these days so everyone is NOT waiting in a long line wasting their time. Its a thumbs down for today’s outing.

    26. Since rearranging your departments, I’ve been to the store three times. The first two times I left without a purchase and bought what I was looking for elsewhere. Too much time spent wandering around looking for what I wanted. The third time I went in to pick up something in the one department that wasn’t moved. I got one item and headed to the checkouts to find they removed the four express stations and replaced them with two. (20 items or less). Apparently that means 30 items are okay. And a stack of flyers to price match everything. I’m not sure where the word “Express” fits. My time is worth more. I think three strikes your out!!!!!!

    29. Small town so employees you get to know or know. Always smiling and helpful. They try hard to keep the aisles clear as much as they can. Stock is good except the wool dept. very poor. Not the selection they use to have. Thats the only complaint.

    30. I went to the Walmart at Morningside and Sheppard Ave E and their staff Sauedag Matin was very helpful in directing us to the correct isles to purchase the products we need at Walmart. I consider this as good customer service and I would go to Walmart to purchase any products I need.

      Didn’t realize how often I shopped there until it wasn’t available for a few weeks.
      When shopping for groceries certain items are much cheaper at Walmart than any other grocery store.
      In some cases almost half of what the big name grocery stores are charging, same brand.

    33. visited Walmart on Sunday and was treated well by the employees, no complaint there. But I miss the old express lanes with 6 cashiers. I may be in my 60’s, but, I don’t like the self checkouts. Having a cashier that knows what they are doing is much better, more personal and more efficient. Although I got through eventually, because I have a desk job and am on the computer all the time and can navigate the system, but, why should I have to relearn the system and its caveats every time I visit the stores. Please bring back the fast moving cashier express lines. I didn’t care that the line up was 20 or 30 deep, it moved quickly and I would get to a cashier in reasonable time, knowing that if I had to go to a regular cashier the wait was considerable. I don’t like the self express as it only increases the frustration the visit to Walmart for my 5 or 6 items. I think twice about visiting Walmart now because the self checkouts only give more frustration at the end of the visit.

    35. Walmart at Uptown Victoria BC. A couple of the staff who work the registers in the morning are brain dead I think. They take your reusable grocery bags and put them in the bagging area, then rather than fill them as they scan items, they stack those items on top of them. When the last item is scanned they ask how many bags you would like. This happens every time. This morning I placed all my items on the check out belt then waited several minutes while the cashier chatted casually with another employee while fully aware she had a customer. I finally started to pick up my groceries to go to another till before she decided to get to work. She did apologize but then, after scanning them proceeded to start loading my groceries into a plastic bag rather than my 2 bags which were buried under the products she had just scanned. I swear these people go to work but leave their brain at home.

    38. Store 3063 is great but it has outlived its size. What is needed is a new store laid out to Wal-Marts stand alone .
      design. I realize that its present location is ideal from a retail point of view but a new stand alone store would be great, perhaps in the vicinity of the new casino.

    39. you have just made it so I will never shop at walmart again. In our store the are only self checkouts amd 2 sevice checkouts . I don’t appreciate being forced to use a self checkout. Are you going to pay me minimum wage for doing your job. You are not even very cheap anymore. I can get almost anything somewhere else cheaper. Not a happy camper, I bought 5 items and used the automated checkout machine and it charged me twice for an item, tried to speak to an attendant and she removed an item but I was still charged for six items. There is obviously a software flaw as it’s not supposed to allow scanning of the same item twice.

    41. Local Walmart stores have changed towards too many self checkout lanes. I refuse to use these even though there is only 2 cashier lanes functioning and long line ups. There is self checkouts in the U.S. too and I refuse to use them.
      It takes me just as long. I’ve waited in line 30 minutes both times recently. I’m considering not shopping at Walmart due to this change. Also, these cashier lanes must place the slowest cashiers on purpose. When I shop I’d like customer service and not spend my valuable time looking for everything and standing in long lineups. There is no customer service anymore and no one to assist in packing bags etc.for the elderly etc.
      Many people in the lineups discuss this issue and are unhappy with the shopping experience too. This is not the Canadian way.
      Why are we discarding cashier jobs?

    42. You have made this survey far too difficult. I have done it in the past with no issues however I could not do it today. Could not check English and start the survey. What I want to say is this: Your selection of products has declined. I have been looking for kitchen items and you don’t have what you used to have. You took away all the Express lanes and put in self check out. I will not use these as there is always an issue if you have more than one or two items. Today I shopped at the Whitby store which used to one of the best. Not anymore. Only 3 checkouts open and lines were very long. It should not take longer to checkout than to do your shopping.

    43. Today I have visited Whitby Walmart vision center Store#3113, to purchase eyeglasses for my daughter. I am so astonished that vision center is ruining without optician. One of the associate said our vision center is ruining 12:30 to 9:00 pm. So, i waited 2 hours to order eyeglasses for my daughter. This is unbelievable and can not expected from one of the largest company in Canada.

    44. I am from Cornwall Ontario. Our Walmart is not too bad, most workers are friendly. but the store it self is a mess, nothing is ever in the right spot. and when you take up a item with the wrong price they are supposed to give it to you at that price but it never happens. on cashier a male told me that he is not giving it to me at that price. so ya the store is very unorganized. It was a baby car seat that it said it was marked down to 149.79 but I end up paying regular price 249.97 so thank you Walmart. not enough workers. you have one worker for 4 or 5 departments.

    47. Generally I like shopping Walmart Fairview St. Burlington, Ontario. I do have a couple criticisms. Items often not restocked are Club Soda, Shreddies cereal & unsweetened almond milk. Secondly, as a senior without a handicapped card, I would like more spaces near the store not reserved for families with strollers. These spaces are often unoccupied & could be beneficial to seniors.

    54. I went to store 3013 in 57th Ave NE Calgary overall experience was good. Store was well organised .well cleaned and maintained. Best of this store was toys areas with various choice for my kids. Some prices were very higher than other competitor stores rest were awesome. Regarding 1K survey it wasn’t working at all like to choose English part should have been fixed at all matter because most loyal customer wants to do not just for money instead it is for more better satisfaction in quality and money as well. This is what most business entrepreneur looking for . Seems like fooling or wasting customer precious time. Thank you.

    56. NUSRAT at Agincourt Walmart is extremely helpful. She has always been so friendly and polite as I go there twice a week for groceries on my way to work. Also i do all my gift shopping there all the time. I had a issue with my gift card last week and she was able to help and sort it out. I was given the run around by the call center and other employees just said plain “NO”.

STORE 3067 5/20/2020 as usual to get ink for my CANON printer only had black 250 needed c251 bk so l asked ADAm if compatable he should be [ tried NOT ] took back right away & spoke to this ADAM again telling him no go, he told me c251 doesn’t excist in which wasn’t true plus i get my ink here,plus of course it excist! With no further ado i at refund told because of VIRUS no opened refunds at this time in which understandable but i asked EVEN showed old cartrige & this woman asked my story & asked her manger Jeresa if could give me my refund BUT like ADAM another manager she wanted LAST SAY in which by now I HAD ENOUGH of WAL-MARTS MANAGEMENT my 80 year old tolerance was short lived & yes i recieved my refund & I THANK the service REFUND PERSON terminal ld WMTC,J016475 FOR HER CONCERN!
