How To Take The

Each entry method is limited to 1 entry per person per month. So, to maximize your entries per month, try doing one online survey entry and one mail in survey entry per month.

  1. Make a purchase at a Five Below location in a state you have legal residence in
  2. Keep your receipt until you’re able to go online to the survey site
  3. Complete the entire online survey & at the end you’ll be entered into the monthly sweepstakes drawing

Enter Via Mail With No Purchase

  • Handwrite your name, address, city, state, zip, phone and email 3″ x 5″ card

  • Survey must be taken within 7 days of store visit to be eligible for the prize
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older, or age of majority in the state the reside
  • There must be a brick and mortar Five Below store location in the state the entrant/winner has legal residence in

  2. Customer utilizing new store location off Hwy 7 customer service rep:Dan was very helpful on 12/6/18 4:30-5:30 pm. I needed assistance with locating phone case for Apple IPhone SE. First rep just pointed to area then stated on side of case box would show which case is for what phone.So went found case but not sure phone would fit went around corner Dan was re-stocking merchandise when I approached question if he thought phone would fit in case he stopped what he was doing to take box itself opened and my phone fit just perfect. Thanked him for his service and also done pitch to do survey and I could mention him. All employees can’t be personalable but having good people skills is a plus and respectful attitude will go a very long way do you know the phrase: YOU CATCH MORE BEES WITH HONEY, THAN YOU DO WITH VINEGAR very well put . Remind your staff of respect, kindness and putting a smile in voice means a lot. Thank you for time and consideration to hear my comments.

  4. I love your store it has many variety of products which I had felt in love of it. The only thing I could think of is to have more new products like micro SD card and other. I really appreciated all the customer services and their efforts willing to help others in need of help.

  5. Some stuff is kind of a ripoff. I bought headphones from there and they stopped working within the month. The posters are top-notch though. Love the service they give us. Maybe instead of marking prices 3.99, why not just 3 dollars? Save everybody some sense.

  6. I have recently gone to the Five Below store at the Largo Mall 4 times witnin the current month to pickup gifts. I am in an electric scooter and it’s hard to use a shopping cart or one of the rolling bins available. On all occasions 2 employees Sherry and Audra have let me shop and at shot intervals theywouldbring my bin for mr to add my purchases. Then wben I was finished Sherry woud take me to register 5 to check me out. If No one was with me Sherry would take me out to our car and handthe packages to my sister. The employees at this location are all very nice and helpful. Now this is the only Five Below I will go to. We live in Seminole Florida and I will travel the extra shop at store00942 Largo Fl.

  7. I was in the downey store i have never been more DISAPPOINTMENT in the customer service i received. I needed help looking for a phone case and then i needed help looking for something else. The young lady that was helping me rolled her eyes and looked very upset that i was asking for more help. I asked for her name and she just walked away from me.
    Come to find out she was a manager named Elizabeth . I cant believe thats the kind of manager this company hires.

  9. I am 62 years young and love Five below. We travel full time and I look for a Five below wherever we might be. Found one in TN, found one in St Lucie, Florida. Look forward to finding more. Love the perfumes, nail polishes, and wet n wild products etc. Fun, fun, fun!

  12. Walked in today and assoc 300545 at the Compton store hopefully it’s the right number I asked if I they had an item she actually went to check to see and helped me out after, didn’t find what I was initially looking for but got a gaming headset and still perfect service

  15. Stopped at the new store at the Friendly Shopping center in Greensboro,NC. The store was really clean and bright. I was shopping for accessories for a new phone and had trouble deciding what was the right size. Danielle walked me over and gave me some choices. Told me what she found useful for herself. Best customer service ever!!! I’ll be going back soon.

At some flights to go bag and I had virus C but Jessica was amazing she help me get them out of my car she helped me make sure my other ones were amazing and they blew up and did not have holes in them she is a fantastic employee guys have here I don’t know her card number are her employee number that the store them at its 50 Commons ways we’d see the numbers 8324033 and her name is Jessica so she really need some recognition for that she’s amazing!!!!!

  18. Needed to post a big thank you to location 00133 Pottstown pa location! In my just got done work state of mind of having had a long day, I went to five below closest to me. After the day I had of just smashing the screen of my Apple Watch and finding out at Best Buy geek squad right next store that I didn’t purchase the protection program through apple I left and headed next store. I saw on the door that they were to be closed a certain day due to inventory count, but it didn’t occur to me that today was that day 9/9/19.). The door was open, and I walked in with a crowd of people. As I was pursuing the aisles and picking up stuff I eventually purchased, I got to the register. A friendly woman whom
    Worked there walked up beside me and I finally looked around the store to
    See it was just employees and I in the store. She was kind as I stupidly asked if I was supposed to be in the store at the time, and she laugh and said no. They eventually locked the doors as I made my purchase , but the fact that she didn’t chase me out and get mad was nice! Everyone in that store in fact, never once told me to get out but just continued doing their jobs! So, with that being said, I just have to acknowledge the kind Employees/ managers whom were helpful and friendly. Thank you Melissa, Matt, Ashley, Kenazia for being so flexible and nice; I will continue to come back and spend my money at this location for sure!!!

I cannot do it on my work pc therefore I can not fill it out but there is a girl named vickey she works at the store in the Potomac mills mall and she deserves to be recognized , she is bubbly friendly pays attention to the customers makes conversation but honestly just goes above where great customer service comes into play , I will and have been back! thank you

  20. 5 Below staff are always helpful. They stoped and what they were doing when the store was so busy that you could hardly walk and helped me find something.

  21. I needed to get Secret Santa gifts for my daughter for school and there was so much to choose from and none of it cost much.

  22. I purchased 1 auxiliary cable and with first use the product is garbage. You can barely hear the vocals of music and the instruments are very loud. Sounds distorted. Highly dissatisfied with my 1st visit and purchase. Will not be shopping there ever again

I was in the west Babylon store was greeted by jo who also asked if I needed help to find anything specific she walked me through the store and also rang me up at the register .she was so kind and helpful ,she told me come back soon because we get new products often to to do my holiday shopping here because the store offers amazing products .what a great attitude for someone in retail to have .love the store and jo can’t wait to return .this stores is 2 thumbs up for me
