    2. Don’t bother with the survey or redemption code. Too many hoops to go through, I finally gave up ridiculously difficult. So disappointed with BWW. Also saddened that the 10 wings has now dropped to 9, same price. Shame shame BWW On you

    3. My server Lauren w is the one of the reason I keep coming back to your Pleasant Hills P.A restaurant. She is always smiling and makes my day. I was in during march madness she was tending the bar and was so busy ,but yet she never stop smiling and gave me the best service.     4. Bottom line is. We always book our hotels on weekend trips near a bdubbs location. Have been too over 100s of different locations in the US. Beer. Wings sports says it all. Always enjoy our time here. Just pray the new ownership doesn’t change too much. Bring back the jersey employee uniforms. The brown is so boring and takes away the bdubb signature. Just sayin

  1. Love this place,but this particular time I had a waiter name Traci and she was amazing!!! She was full of joy and so happy, sooooo nice and such a people’s person her service made my time there amazing!!

    1. Food and service was awesome. People are friendly and attentive. Food comes out hot and in a timely manner.

  2. i placed a pick-up order at the entrance with Zainab, who couldn’t listen to me for 5 seconds straight, her nails didnt allow her to enter things properly in the computer. when the 4th time she asked me how i wanted a chicken buffalito, i pointed out that she doesn’t paying any attention to me, and her response was “there are other people here” while she was only interacting with her co-workers. when i paid she loudly said, “it is too early for this”. note that it was 1:30pm. will never come back again, not even for pick up. i am still waiting for my food, so i can not let you know how long it took or how it was. but this is more than enough from this place.

  3. I visit during lunch time today and the waitress Francis she’s awesome she always greets us with a friendly smile and she make sure everything is the way we want it couldn’t ask for better service.

  5. We were just there and the waitress was not friendly. Her personality was like a brick wall. She could have made NEW some $ and herself. .they really need to screen these special people they are hiring. . If your having a bad day do the world a favor and call in or work in the back.

  6. Enjoyed the wings when we finally rec’d them. Men too busy so I asked our server who was very pleasant and she helped me order what I wanted. Too many choices & too long to scan and decide if hungry.

  7. I had a wonderful experience. We sat at the bar and our bartender Cassey was great. She was very friendly, she promptly put the baseball game on for us, and all though the entire time she was dealing with a less than pleasant customer she maintained her composure and professional work ethic. She did a great job! Give her a raise

  10. The service was great! My family and I go there once a week and we never get dsappointed. Excellent service everytime. Our server tonight was Johnna she was great and very nice! We will come again and again:)

  11. Desert heat and BBQ wings (both dry rubs) arrived at our table. ……….The cook back could not have done “any less” to impress us. The wings were placed in the boat, and then “sprinkled” on top with the dry rub, which left the other 80% of our wings naked.
    We sent the order back, shortly they arrived back. I am not a big fan of my food travelling back and forth, and I asked “are these our original / and now cold wings”…….our waitress rolled her eyes and replied “of course they are”. The wings are now cold, and now have 4 times the amount dry rub applied…..which were then not edible.

    Very disappointing…….Highly highly doubt we will be back

  12. It wouldn’t let me do survey. The food has been terrible the last couple of times that I’ve been there. I highly doubt we will come back. Server was not pleasant and a little rude.

  13. We were waited on by a cashier named Brianna Huff tonight and she was great! Very friendly and all of our order came out right! She even double checked it for us before we left!

  14. Buffalo Wild Wings Grill 2530 Sardis Road North. Server Janae, guest/1 Thomas walk-in #20002 Small tray Parmesan Garlic $cc Boat was awesome. But they gave me 9 wings. she said the lunch special was 10 wings was 10.99 and I gave a nice tip like I always do. Disappointed in this experience. Thomas!

  15. Buffalo Wild Wings is a weekly favorite. Good food, great people! The one in Florence, SC is especially good. We travel a lot and always look for BWW. Especially love the Buzztime Trivia.
